How do I report a bug in LucidQR?

Email support@guardgraph.com with:

  • Device type (iPhone, Android, Desktop)
  • Operating system version
  • LucidQR version number (found in Settings)
  • Description of the issue and steps to reproduce

How do I request a refund?

For iOS purchases, manage refunds through the App Store. For Android purchases, use Google Play. For direct purchases, email support@guardgraph.com.
